Cupcake Polka Dot Favor Boxes with Personalized Tags - Our 2" square polka dot box is topped with a handmade 'cupcake' in assorted colors and comes with personalized tags already attached. Cupcake is made of crinkle paper which is glued to the paper cup holder to secure it, as is the rose 'frosting'. Fully assembled. Sold individually.
