We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we will make every effort to see that you are pleased with your order. However, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason except for personalized items, custom made flip flops, Touch Ups custom dyed shoes & handbags, edible items or swimsuits. We want you to be 100% happy with our service and products for your most special day! If you need to return something, please send an email to email@example.com or call us at: (816) 554-9769 within 3 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within ten (10) days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Touch Ups Shoes charges a 20% restocking fee on all (non-dyeable) returned or exchanged items. You will receive a full refund minus the 20% restocking fee for returned or exchanged items minus the cost of shipping. On all other items except the exceptions mentioned above (personalized items, dyed Touch Ups custom dyed shoes & handbags, custom made flip flops, wedding tennis shoes, edible itmes or swimsuits), a full refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. Shipping charges are refundable only if we made an error in the original order.
Low Price Guarantee:
If you find a competitor selling the exact same item offered at a regular price lower than ours, please give us a call and we will match the price or beat it. Competitor’s item must be an identical item to ours by the same manufacturer and the item must be in stock. We cannot honor our price match guarantee program once the order has been shipped. We guarantee our personalized products and accessory items to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Should we make an error in your original copy, or written instructions, we will replace your printed item, or any other personalized item, free of charge, if notified within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. Non-personalized items may be returned for replacement or a full cash refund should you be dissatisfied with them for any reason. Simply return any unsatisfactory non-personalized item within ten (10) days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless we made an error in the order.

Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of our products and inks may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor. If product or ink color is critical, please order samples before placing your product order.
Paper products may vary slightly in color and weight, from one mill lot to the next. A product ordered today may vary slightly in color or weight from the same product ordered previously.
Items may occasionally go out of stock after you have placed your order, but before it is manufactured. There may be other orders ahead of yours, and we will not begin printing your order until we have enough stock available to complete it in one press run. We order stock regularly from our suppliers, and work hard to ensure an adequate supply of stock available to meet our customer's demands. Whenever we are holding an order, waiting on the arrival of stock, we pay particularly close attention to event dates printed on your order, and make efforts to contact any customer who may suffer from time constraints exacerbated by delays due to stock issues. The Company complies with FTC regulations concerning order fulfillment and customer notifications, but is not responsible for inconveniences caused by minor delays.
Weddings Are Fun reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Weddings Are Fun reserves the right to refuse to process any order, or to print anything that may be considered inappropriate, profane, harassing or abusive in nature.
We ship your order via reputable carriers only, including UPS, FedEx and USPS. Standard delivery generally requires several days for your order to reach its destination. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Extra heavy packages may incur additional charges. We will contact you. Shipping and Handling (S&H) will be added to the total of your order. S&H is calculated based upon the total dollar value of your order. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not design our shipping tables to be profit centers. We will ship to any addresses in the continental United States, including APO's and FPO's. We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, for an additional fee. We're sorry, we are not able to ship web orders to other international addresses. Contact information is available on the Customer Service page of this web site. All charges are in U.S. dollars. The recipient of the package is responsible for credit card exchange rates, delivery fees, brokerage fees, customs fee, and any and all taxes imposed by government authority, except those expressly collected by this web site. Our Canadian delivery methods are via United Parcel Ground Service where available and USPS. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Please provide us with a physical street address for these carriers. You may specify a PO Box if you normally receive mail at a PO Box, however we must have a physical street address in addition to your PO Box information, in case we elect UPS or FedEx delivery. The determination of carrier is our option, and is based on competitive rate bidding between our shipping partners. We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by not having a physical street address. Please place your order early. We are not responsible when packages are delayed by circumstances beyond our control which can include: snow, flooding, forest fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, train derailments, flight delays, etc.
For safety and security, it is often advantageous to ship your order to a commercial address. Carriers sometimes leave packages unattended, or with a neighbor, if no one is home when delivery is attempted. These packages can be lost, forgotten or even stolen. We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but in no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. Nearly all our shipments can be tracked from our manufacturing facility to the delivery address. For your security, we suggest you specify a commercial address, if possible, for delivery during normal working hours. Shipping Rates
We accept PayPal, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. The security of your account numbers is assured. See our Privacy and Security information. All prices and payments are in U.S dollars. Missouri orders will include Missouri sales tax. This will be added to the total of your order. If you have credits posted to your account, they will be applied to your order before we calculate the total due. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
Changes or Cancellations
Printed or Personalized Items: Your order begins processing automatically as soon as it is submitted. It will be placed into our production system within hours of its submission. We may be able to change or cancel your order before it is placed into production. You will receive an order verification email immediately after submitting your order. Please check it carefully. If you need to make changes to your order, you must notify us immediately. A minimum $10 fee will be charged to change or cancel your order for printed or personalized products. We will not make changes to, or cancel orders, for printed or personalized products, that have already been placed into our production system. You will be charged for the original order, as we will have expended labor and materials per your instructions.
Non-personalized Items: Orders for off-the-shelf-items, which are not personalized can be changed or cancelled if they have not been shipped. A $10 handling and re-stocking fee, per order, will be charged for changes or cancellations of off-the-shelf items.

Each personalized order is individually handcrafted by our trained staff. Please allow us the adequate production time needed to produce your order with the highest quality standards. Personalized invitations and accessories are usually manufactured and shipped within two (2) weeks of receiving your order. The time required will vary dependent upon the volume of work we have at any given time.
Order Early: All orders are manufactured as quickly as possible, but heavy work volumes that occur from time to time may cause delays.
Problems With Your Order
Damage: If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site. Any damage must be reported within three (3) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period. We will send you an email notification when your order ships. If you have not received your order within a reasonable period after receiving that notification, please check the shipping and delivery status by inserting your tracking number (provided in our notification) in the tracking feature of this web site. Contact us immediately if there seems to be a problem. Claims for non-delivery must be filed with the carrier within 14 calendar days of shipping. We will not honor any claims for non-delivery that are made later than this.
Returns: We proudly stand behind all our products. We are not happy unless you are completely satisfied. You may return non-personalized items for refund, credit, or replacement, within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Before returning any item, contact us within three (3) days and provide complete details about the item(s) you wish to return. Contact information is provided on this web site. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items being returned must be in their original packaging and carton. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. If we made an error in manufacturing your personalized item, we will happily replace it, or issue a full refund for that item. Errors in personalized items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or in your print or shipping instructions We're sorry, personalized items where we have made no error, cannot be returned.
